The SiteBoss Foreman Base is a GPS base specifically engineered for construction layout, drawing from decades of layout and GPS field experience. It is exceptionally lightweight, weighing only 4.5 pounds, making it about half the weight of most popular bases in the market. This compact device (4.7 in x 4.7 in x 3.3 in) supports multiple constellations: GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS, ensuring wide-ranging and accurate positioning. Key features include a front panel with 4 LED indicators and 2 physical buttons, an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating safeguarding against temporary immersion, and a calibration-free IMU tilt sensor for pole-tilt compensation that is immune to magnetic disturbances. With a 6,800 mAh, 7.4 V Li-ion battery, you can expect up to 6.5 hours of operation as a Base with the built-in UHF radio.
